Here’s some mid-May news for us all as we approach the next few weeks, with some exciting bits too!

This Sunday (23rd May), after the 10.45 service we are holding our annual church meeting, where we have a chance to hear about all the things God has done within our community in the last year. It will start after the 10.45 service has finished, so if you are joining via Zoom (link here), please log on soon after 12pm.

Pentecost Worship Evening

As it’s Pentecost this Sunday, we’ll be having an evening of worship at 7.30pm in the church building. It will be a time of prayer and encountering God, focused on the Holy Spirit. No need to book, but do bring your mask!

On Wednesday the 23rd June we are starting our next Alpha course! It will run on Wednesday evenings for 12 weeks, and Lauren can be contacted for more details We’ve got several people signed up already, and would love more! Alpha is a fantastic opportunity for anyone exploring the Christian faith to ask questions and find out more about Jesus – who could you invite?

Sunday 30th May

ICE-CREAM TIME?! As we will (very sadly) be saying goodbye to Lauren, Mark, Ava and Ben, we thought we’d celebrate their time here with ice-cream outside church after the 10.45 service. Come along and join us as we wish them farewell before they move to Bournemouth.

Psalm 111: 2-3: Great are the works of the Lord; they are pondered by all who delight in them. Glorious and majestic are his deeds, and his righteousness endures forever.
