Join us in Bitterne Park as we get ready for Christmas and the big celebration of our saviour’s birth. We’re kicking off with an online wreath making course and some candlelit services with Christmas music. Then on Christmas Eve we’ll have an online Nativity service for families and Midnight Communion in person followed by a family friendly Christmas Day celebration. It would be great if you could join us!
All services take place at the Church of the Ascension, 1 Thorold Road unless stated otherwise.
Staying safe and doing things differently
This year things look a bit different to help keep us all save from Covid-19.
There won’t be any singing by the congregation at any of our services, though there will still be lots of great Christmas music and carols from our musicians.
And we’re asking you to book free tickets online to help us manage numbers and social distancing.
All services are subject to changes and possible cancellations.
